Terms & Conditions 

Registered in England & Wales. Our registered office is at 10 HIGH STREET, LENCHES BRIDGE, KINGSWINFORD, DY6 8XD. 

Definitions
Buyer the person who buys or agrees to buy the goods/SERVICES from the Seller.
Seller means DT_TRAINING, address as per header.
Goods/SERVICES ARE the articles which the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller.
PRICE IS price for the Goods/SERVICES, EXPENSES, insurance ETC.

Conditions
These Conditions shall form the basis of the contract between the Seller and the Buyer in relation to the sale of Goods/SERVICES, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including the Buyer’s standard conditions of purchase or any other conditions which the Buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order or confirmation of order or any other document.

All orders for Goods/SERVICES shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods from the Seller pursuant to these Conditions.

Acceptance of delivery of the Goods/SERVICES shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Conditions.

These Conditions may not be varied except by the written agreement of an officer of the Seller.

These Conditions represent the whole of the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. They supersede any other conditions previously issued.

Course Times & Dates
We reserve the right to reschedule any course as required to suit the business requirements.

Payments
Payments are required upon receipt of invoice unless prior agreed.

Cancellations or Rescheduled Bookings
Cancellation of any course for any reason will incur a 50% charge of the total course price. If the cancellation is within 7 working days of the start date no refund will be given. Failure to attend your course without notification will result in the final payment being charged.

Deposits
DT_Training Ltd MAY require a deposit for any training courses booked. PLEASE NOTE Deposits are not refundable.
